Merge packages

From Buzztard

Right now buzztard consist of too many single packages.

[edit] merge gstbml -> gst-buzztard

• gstbml/src will become gst-buzztard/src/bml/
• update configure
• update jhbuild
• update wiki : Building
• update buildbot

[edit] merge bsl

• where to?
  • buzztard/lib/core/song-io/... - after all it has no further deps
